To keep its sweetness and fresh taste, this product is individually quick frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at -35℃ and stored at -18℃ or cooler. Ready to eat for a snack, dessert or smoothie. The best part about this is that you will save time from cutting and peeling a whole mango. Useful for different commercial food services like bakery products, beverages and dairy products.
