These are naturally ripened Philippine frozen mango (Carabao variety) which are peeled, pitted and diced. The texture is firm and no browning due to oxidation. Color is yellow to golden yellow. To keep its sweetness and fresh taste, this product is individually quick frozen (IQF) using a tunnel freezer at -35℃ and stored at -18℃ or cooler. Ready to eat for a snack, dessert or smoothie. The best part about this is that you will save time from cutting and peeling a whole mango. Useful for different commercial food services like bakery products, beverages and dairy products.
