MANJOU'S HOMEMADE DELICACIES
Raw Honey
Product Description:
Manjou's wild forest honey is a natural sweet substance produced by bees from the nectar of flowers in the wild forests of the Northern Sierra Madre Mountains, harvested by the Indigenous People from April to July each year. It is collected by Apis breviligula species of bees and stored in honeycombs within their hives. Our raw and genuine product is known for its rich flavor, dark to light color, and distinct floral aroma, which varies depending on the types of flowers, particularly the national tree, the Narra, which is abundant in the gathering site visited by the bees. It is valued for its potential health benefits and is used as a sweetener and traditional medicine in some cultures.
