Lasap Sweet n Sour Mix 50g Suggested Recipe: 1/2 kg of meat Lasap Sweet n Sour Mix 50g Directions: 1. Rub 1/2kg of meat with salt and coat with batter (flour, cornstarch and water). Fry it until golden brown. Set aside. 2. Heat 2 tbsp. of cooking oil in wok. Saute sliced onions, sliced carrots, pineapple chunks, green and red bell pepper for 2 minutes. 3. Dissolve Lasap Sweet and Sour Mix in 1 1/4 cup of water, and pour into sauteed vegetables. 4. Cook until sauce thickens. Add the brown meat and simmer for 2 minutes. Serve hot. Optional: Add 1 fresh egg, calamansi and chopped siling labuyo on top
