Lasap Kaldereta Mix 50g Serves 5 Suggested Recipe 1/2kg of beef or goat 1/2cup of tomato sauce 3 cups of water 1 cup of fried potatoes cut into cubes (Optional): 1/2 cup of cooked green peas, 2 tbsp liver spread, 1 cup of fried potatoes cut into cubes, 1/4 cup of grated cheese Directions: 1. Add 3 cups of water in pot. Stir in Lasap Kaldereta Mix. Add 1/2 cup of tomato sauce and bring to a boil. Add meat. Place cover and simmer on low heat until tender. 2. Add all optional ingredients and continue to simmer for about 3 to 4 minutes and sauce is of desired consistency. Serve hot.
