DTI-CAR

 DTI-CAR is a government agency that utilizes a management approach that, for the most part, is adopted and implemented in similar capacities throughout the country.  This management approach aims to strengthen the DTI-CAR operating offices through enhanced complementation among its units, achieving synergy and developing sustainable programs and projects for implementation in the regional and even national levels.  With management providing the operational framework, the meat of the planning process relies on the inputs of the provinces, utilizing the ‘bottom-up’ approach in planning and implementation. The Cordillera Administrative Region is culturally, geographically and economically diverse, hence each and every province’s distinctive characteristics can be strategically captured using said approach.

DTI-CAR operates in accordance with the functional structure that outlines the linkage between the Regional Office and its divisions and the Provincial Offices.
